Wolverine is a handsome, solid grey long haired cat who was rescued by the local animal control officers in South Bend, Indiana and eventually turned over to the care of Paws and Purrs with an Impact, a rescue and adoption organization.

Wolverine was showing signs of a head tilt and upon further veterinary examination, was diagnosed with severe chronic ear infections and a possible polyp above the soft palate. His veterinarian recommended that Wolvie have a ventral bulla osteotomy surgery to correct his chronic ear infections. The surgery is expensive, but will greatly improve Wolvie's quality of life.

We are pleased to offer a Crisis Care Grant so that this very special kitty can get the surgery he needs to begin his new life in his new adoptive home. His surgery is scheduled for March 4th, 2008.
