Oscar is a friendly and endearing stray cat that was rescued by a good samaritan during her TNR efforts. Because of his affectionate nature, Oscar is a good candidate to be prepared for adoption. He has already received initial veterinary care and is scheduled to be neutered. He has unfortunately been diagnosed with entropian eyelids which is a painful condition that needs to be repaired surgically. His vision is affected and he is very uncomfortable.

We are helping his current foster mom raise the funds so he can have this much needed surgery and be placed up for adoption.
