Gracie is a beautiful 15 year old spayed female kitty who has been diagnosed with a number of ongoing medical issues, including CRF. Gracie's caregiver, Lisa, needed assistance with her medical needs for CRF treatment, which are estimated at $214 a month. Gracie needs fluids every day, and also needs a phosphate binder, which supports kidney function and helps slow the progression of chronic kidney disease. She also needs medication for CRF-related anemia, as well as a monthly physical exam and renal profile to check kidney function.

Cats in Crisis was pleased to offer a Mesa Grant to help with some of Gracie's medical expenses.
