Charlie is a one year old grey and black tabby that unfortunately escaped from home and was hit by a car after missing for about a week or so. During this time, the injury became so infected that gangrene was a severe possibility.

The only way to save Charlie's life was to amputate the limb. Cats in Crisis was pleased to offer a Nine Lives Emergency Grant so that Charlie could receive this life saving surgery. He is now at home and his recovery is going well. He is definitely a survivor!
