Rameses, a handsome one year old neutered male tabby cat suffers from chronic urinary blockages. His vet has diagnosed him with having a very narrow urethra and has recommended that he have a perineal urethrostomy to prevent further blockages. This surgery is expensive and Rameses' caretakers have exhausted their financial means on emergency treatment for Rameses the past month due to two blockages.
