Prissy
Prissy is a sweet-natured ten-year-old cat with an adorable round face. She is currently under the care of the devoted staff of Tabby's Place in Ringoes, NJ. Soon after arriving at Tabby's Place, Prissy was diagnosed with HCM (hypertrophic cardiomyopathy). HCM affects the muscles of the heart and its function. Prissy requires careful monitoring, daily prescription medications and frequent ultrasounds. In addition to having HCM, Prissy also has early kidney disease and diabetes which is difficult to control. Her maintenance is very expensive and CIC is honored to sponsor this beautiful cat through our Stripes Fund!

| 04/17/2005: It is with great sadness that we tell you Prissy passed away earlier this week due to complications for her several medical conditions. She passed away peacefully surrounded by many who loved her at Tabby's Place. We are pleased to have sponsored this beautiful cat through our Stripes Fund and as a Fundraising Case, where we were able to raise and donate $210 for her medical care. We appreciate everyone who took a special interest in this wonderful cat. | |||
