As you can imagine, running a non-profit organization is extremely time consuming and detailed. We enjoy it immensely and it is fulfilling to be able to impact the lives of so many wonderful cats with special needs and the people who care for them. We couldn't do it without the assistance of some very special "support staff".

Pippin
Director of Development
Pippin, a very large orange tabby with a funny backwards bending tail, is our "Director of Development". He is in charge of many development related tasks including maintaining a database of his cat napping friends, being in charge of our direct mail campaign where he sends out pouches of catnip, and our donations database. He considers donors who send him personal gifts of toys, catnip and snacks to be "corporate sponsors". For what campaign? The Pippin Campaign of course!

Ashes
Director of Special Events & Fundraising
Ashes, a very vocal and fluffy Norwegian Forest Cat mix, is in charge of the special events and fundraising. He is always open to suggestions from the public, but frowns upon events that don't include catnip cocktails, tuna steaks and lots of "bling bling" to investigate.

Patch
Manager of Customer Service
Patch is open-minded, considerate and will calmly listen as you address any concerns you may have about CIC to him. As Manager of Customer Service, he is there for our clients, donors and sponsors. Who says kittens lack maturity?

Indigo
Manager of Mail, Shipping & Handling
Indigo, a distinguished white cat with CRF, is in charge of our mail department and shipping and handling. He inspects all mail as it comes in...and goes out. He insists that every package being sent should include puffs of his glorious hair. Should you receive a package with Indy in it, please return him to CIC immediately. He has been known to accidentally ship himself, although he would never admit it. (Rainbow Bridge: Nov. 7, 2006)

Lilly
Director of Public Relations
Lilly, a strong minded, petite orange tabby, who happens to be the sister of the Director of Development, is in charge of our PR Department. She also happens to handle the Complaints Department as well. She is full of grace, poise and will handle all accounts with a great sense of professionalism. For cases that bug her, she'll simply make funny faces!

Stripes
Director of Security
Stripes II is a grey tabby with exceptional attention to detail. He has recently been promoted to Director of Security. Don't let his "sleepy face" fool you..this cat keeps a careful watch on the operations at CIC. He only has one indiscretion on his record, and he claims he was framed. Let's just say it involved missing for quite some time and being found napping in the kitchen drawer with the potholders in it.
